About MDO

Choctaw United Methodist Church is your home for Christ-centered, part-time childcare for your little one. Located at 1200 N. Choctaw Road,
we are centrally located to serve the needs of families in eastern Oklahoma County. We include Christian learning through the use of innovative curriculum, weekly chapel, developmentally appropriate play, music, dance and FUN! With two teachers assigned to every room,
and no more than 10 children in a class, our small program size allows for individualized care for your young child.

2021 UPDATE: We plan to reopen this fall. Our school term begins on August 17, 2021

For Ages:
6 weeks – 5 years

Days of Operation:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; 9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

Enrollment Info:

  • Enrollment for summer and fall sessions occurs each year in May; enrollment continues until classrooms reach their maximum capacity
  • We accept children ages six weeks to five years of age
  • Children may enroll for one, two, or three days a week


  • Tuition: $240/month for three days a week | $160/month for two days a week | $80/month for one day a week
  • Drop-in (enrolled students only): $21/day
  • School Year Enrollment Fee: $40.00
  • Summer Term Enrollment Fee: $15.00

Enrollment is done on a first come, first serve basis with spot reservation being complete when the enrollment fee has been received. Enroll your child via online application, or visit the program during operating hours to fill out enrollment paperwork.

Church Services:

Choctaw UMC, in response to COVID-19, has the following precautions:

* Masks are optional for vaccinated individuals and are recommended for unvaccinated individuals.

* Nursery care is provided for children three and under.

* Temperature checks will be done as children enter the nursery, and/or participate in children and youth activities.

* Social-distancing wristbands will be available on greeting tables. These wristbands are used to indicated a person's willingness for close interaction: Green = okay with high-fives and handshakes, Yellow = okay with talking but no touching, Red = would like to maintain a distance of six feet.
